REFUNDS
As a small, independent label, we currently do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, If you have had a rethink, ordered the wrong style, or simply feel the piece isn’t quite right for you, we can offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion, provided the item is returned in its original, unused condition with the tag intact.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery by sending an email to admin@clubcontraire.com with:
- Your order number
- Your receipt
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the fault or error
We’ll review your request and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
