Before an idea becomes a bag, it exists as a study of style, direction, proportion, volume, and silhouette. Some silhouettes are designed to hold a clean, architectural shape; others are intentionally slouchy and relaxed. Each choice is purposeful from the outset.
In the early stages, we develop sketches, gather references, and experiment with proportion. Vintage shapes, sculptural lines, and the movement of everyday objects influence how we imagine each design. Drawings are refined repeatedly, testing which silhouettes feel aligned with our brand and which do not. Every form, transition, and contour is considered before the design progresses.
As the direction becomes clear, the process moves into technical development. We create precise technical drawings and map the internal architecture of the bag, defining the intended form. At this stage, we establish the guidelines that shape proportion, balance, and the overall integrity of the silhouette.
Our design philosophy prioritises wardrobe permanence. Every detail serves a purpose, supporting both the structure and the longevity of the bag.
The result is a collection shaped by clarity, craftsmanship, and forms designed to last.
